TED Conference: Sir Ken Robinson

March 4, 2011

The 2011 TED Conference is wrapping up today. Insanely difficult to attend, the conference has an online archive of presentations from past conferences that’s worth a look. Cynics might decry TED as some liberal elitist intelligentsia festival, and on some level they’re right, but the passionate artists, scientist, designers, and all-around smart people create an environment of learning and inspiration that is hard to ignore. And yes, conservatives like Pastor Rick Warren, attend and speak as well.

Not every presentation is for everyone. Some of the science presentations go way over my head, but Sir Ken Robinson’s 2006 and 2010 presentations on education are hilarious and fantastic.
