Keep Aaron Cutting – Back in Business
This isn’t current news, but the story and the subject are so sweet that I couldn’t resist sharing.
During the London riots of 2011, Aaron Biber’s barbershop was one of the business that was ransacked. Aaron was 89 at the time, had no business insurance and didn’t have enough money to rebuild. The interns at BBH, a London ad agency, were moved by Aaron’s story and decided to help raise funds for Aaron. They set up a blog, Keep Aaron Cutting, and did a short film to help get funds for Aaron:
Well, they ended up raising $55,000 which enabled Aaron to fix up his shop and reopen for business. Great story and a nice man.
