America One 31 cologne review
The “31” refers to 1931, the year the fragrance was created by Krigler. The fragrance later became a confirmed favorite of JFK –an association that has earned the scent the nickname of the “fragrance of power.”
I have to say, America One 31 has a confident but refined air. While the company refers to it as a fragrance of power, the scent makes me think “corner office.” I’m still a beginner when it comes to describing individual notes, so here’s the official mix: a cedar vibrato including dry notes of black pepper and cumin, as well as the energetic effect of Mandarin with voluptuous accord of Neroli and Vetiver.
It’s a nice, unique fragrance that not everyone will be wearing, particularly since it requires an executive office salary. But most nice things do. If you can afford it, get it.
